Meet ANGUS!
Angus came to me for daily dog walks 6 months ago and he is always an absolute star.
His favourite walk activities are playing with a ball, meeting other friendly dogs, and paddling in the water along the Riverside.
Angus is very affectionate and loves all the attention, he can be quite shy at first but once he warms up he is a very special pup.
Angus even has a girlfriend! We occasionally see her on our walks so I always make sure he gets to say hello :)
Angus LOVES beef flavoured treats! I always make sure to pick up some of the BOOST Beef bites for him, they are always a crowd pleaser.

Festive goodie bag
A christmas-themed pet goodie bag given the week before I finish up for Christmas break.
Given every year before Christmas break for clients who have booked consistently throughout the year.
Loyalty Card: How does it work?
1 stamp = one week of dog walks OR 1 petsit/pet check in booking
After a stamp card is completed your pet will recieve the rewards.
Stamps are collected digitally and added to your account after each eligible service.
Typically takes 15 weeks to complete for clients who book with me weekly, but may take longer if there are gaps between bookings.
Clients will be notified on the last day of every month of their stamp collection progress given that they have earned stamps within the month.
PAWS AND CLAWS ADVANTAGE CLUB T&Cs
ELIGIBILITY
The Advantage Club is available to all active clients of Paws and Claws Pet Care.
Loyalty is recognised in a way that reflects different service types:
Dog Walking Clients:
1 stamp is awarded per week of completed dog walking services.
Pet Sitting & Check-In Clients:
1 stamp is awarded per completed booking.
Only paid and completed services qualify for stamps.
Cancellations, missed bookings, or long gaps in services may affect stamp accumulation.
STAMP SYSTEM AND REWARDS
Stamps are collected digitally and tracked by Paws and Claws Pet Care.
Once a full stamp card (15 stamps) has been completed, clients will receive:
A pet goodie bag
A personalised digital pet certificate
Stamp cards reset upon completion.
PET OF THE MONTH
Pets will be featured as Pet of the Month on their 6-month and 12-month anniversary with Paws and Claws Pet Care. This includes a feature on social media and/or the website, along with a digital certificate.
If multiple households qualify at the same time, Paws and Claws Pet Care will:
Feature multiple households within the same month
Participation is entirely optional. Clients may opt out at any time.
Please inform me if you do not wish for your pet’s name, photos, or videos to be shared.
6 & 12 MONTHS LOYALTY RECOGNITION
Clients who remain active for 6 & 12 months receive a loyalty reward.
Rewards are offered at the discretion of Paws and Claws Pet Care and may vary.
Consistency is defined as a minimum of 1 dog walk per week or a minimum of 4 petsits/pet check ins bookings per year.
CHRISTMAS REWARDS
Clients who have booked consistently throughout the year will receive a festive goodie bag before the Christmas period.
Eligibility and contents are at the discretion of Paws and Claws Pet Care.

GOODIE BAGS
The contents of all goodie bags or seasonal gifts may vary depending on availability.
REDEMPTION
Rewards are non-transferable and hold no cash value.
Rewards cannot be exchanged for alternative services or discounts.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Paws and Claws Pet Care reserves the right to determine eligibility for rewards where necessary.
AMENDMENTS
Paws and Claws Pet Care reserves the right to amend, pause, or withdraw the Advantage Club at any time.
Reasonable notice will be given where possible.
